(Memberships and Online Shop)

Hereinafter referred to as “the Movement”.

2. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTCS”) govern:

• online memberships to the Movement Révolution !;
• the sale of products offered through the online shop (clothing, t-shirts, promotional items, etc.).

Any membership or order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS by the user.

3. Memberships to the Movement

3.1. Nature of Membership

Membership allows the member to support the values and actions of the Movement Révolution ! and, where applicable, to participate in its democratic life in accordance with its statutes.

Membership does not constitute a donation, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.2. Membership Conditions

Membership is open to any person who:

• is of legal age or has the required legal authorization;
• respects the statutes and charter of the Movement Révolution !;
• resides in Belgium or abroad, subject to the internal rules of the Movement.

The Movement reserves the right to refuse or cancel a membership in the event of non-compliance with its statutes or values.

3.3. Duration and Renewal

Unless otherwise stated, membership is valid for a period of one year from the date of payment.

Membership is not automatically renewed, unless explicitly stated on the website.

3.4. Right of Withdrawal – Membership

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to associative memberships once performance has begun with the consumer’s consent.

No refund will be granted after validation of the membership, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.

4. Products of the Online Shop

4.1. Product Description

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are non-contractual.

4.2. Availability

Product offers are valid while stocks last. In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and refunded where applicable.

5. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery costs.

The Movement Révolution ! reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders already placed.

6. Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes firm and final acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products.

An order confirmation is sent by email.

The Movement reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer.

7. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Accepted payment methods include:

• credit card;
• Bancontact.

Payments are secured through an approved payment service provider.

8. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.

8.1. Delivery Times

Delivery times are indicative and generally range between 3 and 7 business days.

The Movement cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier.

8.2. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are indicated before final order validation.

9. Right of Withdrawal – Online Shop

In accordance with Belgian law, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal.

9.1. Conditions

• products must be returned unworn;
• unwashed;
• in their original condition.

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is attributable to the Movement.

9.2. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or products made to order.

10. Liability

The Movement cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the products sold.

In any event, its liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

11. Personal Data Protection

Personal data collected are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

For more information, users are invited to consult the privacy policy available on the website.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, logos, visuals, slogans, graphics) is the exclusive property of the Movement Révolution ! and is protected by intellectual property law.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTCS are governed by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of the registered office of the Movement shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
