<h2>Personal Data Privacy Policy</h2>
<p>The protection of personal data and respect for privacy are essential for the Revolution Movement.</p>
<p>This policy aims to inform you, in accordance with the Regulation of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "the Regulation"), of our practices concerning the collection, use, and sharing of information that you have voluntarily provided to us.</p>
<p>In other words, it aims to inform you about the categories of personal data we may collect or hold about you, how and why we use them, who the recipients are and with whom we share them, how long we keep them and how we protect them, and finally the rights you have over your personal data.</p>
<p>For your information, these will be processed differently depending on the category you belong to, namely:</p>

<li><strong>Without connection to the Revolution Movement</strong>: a citizen sending us their application or any request.</li>
<li><strong>Connected to the Revolution Movement</strong>: a supporter, affiliated member, representative or employee.</li>

<h3>I. DATA COLLECTED</h3>
<p>The data processed is generally identification data, contact details and special categories of personal data (data relating to political opinions).</p>
<p>Regardless of your category (citizen, supporter, affiliate, representative, employee), we process the following data:</p>

<li>Date of birth</li>
<li>Gender</li>
<li>Email address</li>
<li>Postal address</li>
<li>Telephone</li>
<li>Marital status</li>

<p>If you are a citizen without connection to the Revolution Movement, we keep the data useful for processing your request:</p>

<li>Cover letter</li>
<li>Email or postal correspondence, or summary of your contact</li>
<li>All documents you voluntarily provide to us</li>

<p>Additionally, if you are an affiliated member, we also process:</p>
<ul>
<li>Affiliation dates</li>
<li>Local section</li>
</ul>
<p>If you are a representative, we also process:</p>
<ul>
<li>Mandates (start and end dates)</li>
<li>Gross remuneration per mandate</li>
<li>Banking data</li>
</ul>
<p>Furthermore, by using the website www.mouvement-revolution.be, you may transmit information to us, some of which may identify you and therefore constitute personal data. This is particularly the case when you support the actions of the Revolution Movement or when you subscribe to the newsletter.</p>
<p>Finally, if you connect to our services using social networks or any other technical means, we will have access to certain data from your account in accordance with the terms and conditions of the social network concerned.</p>
<h3>II. PURPOSES OF COLLECTION</h3>
<p>The various data, voluntarily provided, is included in the Revolution Movement database for its proper functioning and management.</p>
<p>In order to monitor supporters, members and former members, representatives and people close to the Revolution Movement, as well as to respond to requests made to our services, a limited number of Revolution Movement collaborators and its components have access to it.</p>
<p>Likewise, the Revolution Movement may use this data to keep you informed of activities and events organized by it or to inform you of its political position, to invite you to political reflection meetings, as well as to allow the Revolution Movement to manage surveys and polls, to ensure better use of the site, and for any other purpose related to the action of the Revolution Movement and its components.</p>
<p>In order to be in contact with its members, facilitating sharing and interactions, the Revolution Movement regularly uses external services such as Nation Builder, Facebook Pixel, Twitter Pixel, Google (Ads and Analytics), LinkedIn, etc. The information provided helps to better personalize communication and identify the interests of our visitors.</p>
<h3>III. RETENTION PERIODS</h3>
<p>This data is kept for a period that varies according to the category you belong to and does not exceed the period necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed, in strict compliance with current regulations.</p>
<ul>
<li>If you are a <strong>citizen</strong>, we keep your data for a period of three years (they will be deleted in December of the third year) or for the period necessary to process your request.</li>
<li>If you are a <strong>supporter, affiliated member, or representative</strong>, we keep your data until you submit a request for deletion or limitation.</li>
<li>If you are an <strong>employee</strong> of the Revolution Movement, we keep your data for a period of five years from the end of the working relationship.</li>
</ul>
<p>When retention periods expire, your data is deleted or anonymized so that it can be used without affecting your rights.</p>
<h3>IV. DATA SHARING CONDITIONS</h3>
<p>We never transmit personal data to third parties. Under no circumstances is this data transferred or shared with third parties without the prior consent of the persons concerned, apart from the Revolution Movement bodies also involved in data processing.</p>
<h3>V. DATA SECURITY</h3>
<p>We implement appropriate and necessary security measures from an administrative, technical and physical point of view, in order to protect personal data from accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.</p>
<p>Data confidentiality is paramount, which is why Revolution Movement collaborators and its components who have access to this data are bound by a confidentiality obligation and sign a document to this effect.</p>
<h3>VI. RIGHTS OVER YOUR PERSONAL DATA</h3>
<p>In accordance with applicable laws and regulations on personal data protection, you have a number of rights relating to your data, namely:</p>

<li><strong>Right of access and information</strong>: you can request to be informed about the categories of data, the purpose of their processing, the retention period and your rights in relation to them. You can also request a copy of the processed data.</li>
<li><strong>Right of rectification</strong>: in case of error or incomplete data, you can make a rectification request. We may ask you for additional information to rectify your data.</li>
<li><strong>Right to erasure</strong>: you can request the deletion of your personal data. Your request may be refused if your data is kept for archiving or statistical purposes.</li>
<li><strong>Right to restriction of processing</strong>: you can ask us to limit the processing of your personal data, for example when we verify the accuracy of your personal data.</li>
<li><strong>Right to object to processing</strong>: you can ask us to stop processing your data for prospecting purposes, i.e. in particular to stop sending you mail or email intended to keep you informed of our actions and activities.</li>
<li><strong>Right to withdraw your consent at any time</strong>: in the case of personal data processing based on your consent, this consent can be withdrawn.</li>
<li><strong>Right to lodge a complaint</strong> with a supervisory authority.</li>
